Ingredients: 1 large egg ¼ cup cocoa powder, sifted 1 cup of self-rising flour, sifted ¼ cup white granulated Splenda, or sugar ½ cup of butter, softened 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract Instructions: Lightly butter a cookie sheet; set it aside.
