Cocoa cookie biscuits Cocoa cookie biscuits are a basic chocolate cookie with zero frills. They're simple to make, but extremely delicious when prepared with a cup of coffee or hot chocolate. When sandwiched together with peanut butter in the center, they are transformed into an undeniable yummy snack. You may even want to make sure you have a glass of milk on hand to do a bit of cookie dunking! Ingredients: 1 large egg ¼ cup cocoa powder, sifted 1 cup of self-rising flour, sifted ¼ cup white granulated Splenda, or sugar ½ cup of butter, softened 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract Instructions: Lightly butter a cookie sheet; set it aside. In a bowl, combine the egg, Splenda, or sugar, butter, and the pure vanilla extract; mix thoroughly until creamy. Oh, those sweet childhood memories. Growing up, I think that soft-batch chocolate chip cookies were my favorite. Today, I still love them. However, I like making them healthier, with fewer calories nowadays.  This recipe will make 3 dozen medium-sized chocolate chip cookies or 2 dozen large chocolate chip cookies. I hope that you will enjoy them!
