Delicious homemade corn dogs Enjoy the delightful flavor of homemade corn dogs that are quick and easy to make. Ingredients: 1 cup of self-rising flour 1/2 cup of yellow cornmeal 2 tablespoons of Splenda or sugar (optional for a sweeter taste) 3/8 to 1/2 cup of water or milk 2 tablespoons of melted butter 1 large egg Enough cornstarch to dredge the hot dogs in 1 package of 8 hot dogs Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of self-rising flour, 1/2 cup of yellow cornmeal, 2 tablespoons of Splenda or sugar (if desired), 3/8 to 1/2 cup of water or milk, 2 tablespoons of melted butter, and 1 large egg.
