Delicious Double Meat Rotini Recipe This yummy dish combines savory ground beef and spicy Italian sausage with perfectly cooked rotini pasta, all smothered in a rich tomato sauce. It's a flavor explosion that will have you coming back for seconds and thirds. Don't miss out on this tasty and delightfully rich pasta recipe! Ingredients: 1 pound of ground beef 1 pound of Italian sausage 1 pound of rotini pasta 2 jars of marinara sauce 1 medium onion, diced 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese 1 teaspoon of garlic powder 1 teaspoon of onion powder 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning Seasoning salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 4 quarts of water Instructions: Cook the rotini pasta for about 12 minutes in 4 quarts of boiling hot water over high heat, then drain and set aside. Italian Grilled Cheese Italian grilled cheese is a delightful side dish that pairs perfectly with any pasta or soup. This recipe can be elevated by adding a slice or two of prosciutto, if desired. Today, I chose not to include prosciutto in my sandwiches, as I wanted them to complement the main course rather than overshadow it. Ingredients: 4 slices of Italian bread 4 teaspoons of softened butter 1 to 2 pinches of Italian seasoning 2 slices of provolone cheese (or white American cheese as a substitute) Optional ingredients: 2 to 4 slices of prosciutto 1 Roma tomato, sliced Instructions: Spread the softened butter on one side of the bread slices. Heat a skillet and place the buttered side of the bread slices down in the pan. Sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning on the bread slices and top with a slice of provolone cheese or white American cheese.
