Then I finished crisping the tortillas on the griddle, and they turned out so delicious. Of course, you can add sour cream, green onions, black olives, avocados, etc. if you want. Plus, you can stuff your quesadillas with cooked, ground, or shredded pork, chicken, shrimp, or vegetables and rice. The possibilities are endless.
