They make a delightful snack during the day and are great to serve for breakfast. Normally, I can't eat bananas as fast as they ripen. So, I use the overripe bananas in various recipes, and they work great for this muffin recipe. But if you don't have any that are overripe that is fine too. The following ingredients are what you will need to make these yummy chocolate chunk banana muffins.
