Chicken-flavored popcorn Popcorn has always been a favorite snack of mine, along with a variety of other treats. One snack that holds a special place in my heart is “Chicken in a Biskit” crackers. This popcorn recipe brings back fond childhood memories of those delicious crackers. Ingredients: 4 to 6 tablespoons of melted butter 1 1/2 teaspoons of powdered chicken bouillon 4 tablespoons of popcorn kernels, air-popped Seasoning salt (optional) Instructions: Begin by melting the butter in a microwave-safe dish. This should only take a few seconds. Stir the powdered chicken bouillon into the melted butter until fully dissolved. Air pop 4 tablespoons of popcorn kernels, which will yield approximately 8 cups of popped popcorn. I recommend popping 2 tablespoons at a time for best results. Drizzle the chicken-flavored butter over the popped popcorn to your liking. If desired, sprinkle seasoning salt over the popcorn to taste. Serve and enjoy the delicious flavors of this unique popcorn recipe
