Delicious Homemade Quiche Recipe What is Quiche? Quiche is like an omelet that's baked inside a pie crust. It is a versatile dish that can be served for brunch or dinner. This rich and flavorful quiche is made with a combination of eggs, broccoli, diced red and green bell peppers, onions, and various cheeses. Ingredients: For the crust: 1 9-inch pie crust For the filling: 4 eggs 1 cup of broccoli, chopped 1/4 cup of diced red bell pepper 1/4 cup of diced green bell pepper 1/4 cup of diced onions 1 1/2 cups of shredded Mexican cheese or your preferred cheeses Instructions: Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside. Wash and cut the vegetables. Set them aside. In a bowl, whisk the eggs until they are well beaten. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, onions, and cheese to the eggs and mix well.
