Delicious Homemade Quiche Recipe

What is Quiche?

Quiche is like an omelet that's baked inside a pie crust. It is a versatile dish that can be served for brunch or dinner. This rich and flavorful quiche is made with a combination of eggs, broccoli, diced red and green bell peppers, onions, and various cheeses.

Ingredients:

For the crust:

  • 1 9-inch pie crust

For the filling:

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 cup of broccoli, chopped

  • 1/4 cup of diced red bell pepper

  • 1/4 cup of diced green bell pepper

  • 1/4 cup of diced onions

  • 1 1/2 cups of shredded Mexican cheese or your preferred cheeses

Instructions:

Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.


Wash and cut the vegetables. Set them aside.


In a bowl, whisk the eggs until they are well beaten.


Add the broccoli, bell peppers, onions, and cheese to the eggs and mix well.


Pour the egg mixture into the pie crust.


Bake in a 375-degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden brown.


Let your quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing. Then serve it and enjoy!
