The Ultimate Dough Recipe for Your Favorite Breads!

Get ready to elevate your baking game with this unbeatable recipe that will take your breads to the next level.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of warm water

  • 1 packet of active dry yeast

  • 1/4 cup of granulated Splenda, or sugar

  • 1/4 cup of canola oil

  • 1 tablespoon of kosher salt

  • 5 to 6 cups of all-purpose flour

Instructions:

1. Activate the Yeast

In a large bowl, mix the warm water, yeast, and granulated Splenda, or sugar. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.

2. Add the Oil and Salt

Stir in the canola oil and kosher salt into the yeast mixture.

3. Mix in the Flour

Gradually add the flour, one cup at a time, stirring well after each addition. Keep adding flour until the dough is no longer sticky.

4. Knead the Dough

Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead it for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

5. Let it Rise

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour or until it doubles in size.

6. Bake Your Bread

Once the dough has risen, shape it into loaves or rolls, place them on a baking sheet, and let them rise again for about 30 minutes. Then, bake in an oven at 375-degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
