Crustless Breakfast Skillet Pizza
In today's recipe, I opted for crumbled bacon and pepperoni slices as my toppings, but feel free to customize with cooked ham, sausage, or your favorite sautéed vegetables. The possibilities are endless with this mouthwatering dish!
Ingredients:
6 Eggs
1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of breakfast meats (such as bacon or sausage)
Cheese (Swiss and mozzarella)
Get ready to whip up this delicious breakfast pizza that will leave your taste buds begging for more!
Instructions:
First, cook your chosen breakfast meats in a skillet until they are perfectly crispy. Set them aside.
Next, crack open those eggs, beat them up, and pour them into the skillet. Let them cook until they are nice and set.
Note:I used a 6-inch skillet today.
Now, top everything off with a generous sprinkle of cheese.
Cover the skillet with a lid or pop it into the oven and bake for a couple of minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
