Ingredients : 1/2 cup of butter, melted and slightly cooled 1 cup of self-rising flour 1 cup of yellow cornmeal 1/4 cup of Splenda (or sugar) 1 cup of buttermilk 1/4 cup of honey 2 large eggs Instructions: In a large bowl, whisk together the self-rising flour, yellow cornmeal, and the Splenda (or sugar).
