Yummy Fudge Brownies

Yummy Fudge Brownies

The holiday season is a time for indulging in delicious desserts that bring joy and warmth to our hearts. One dessert that never fails to captivate the taste buds and impress guests are my crowd-pleasing fudge brownies.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of butter

  • 2 cups of granulated Splenda or sugar

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour

  • 3/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 cup of chopped pecans

  • 2 cups of chocolate chips

Instructions:

Prepare your 9x13-inch baking pan by greasing it with butter.

Begin by melting the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.

Once the butter is melted, remove the saucepan from the heat and mix in the granulated Splenda or sugar, eggs, and pure vanilla extract until the ingredients are perfectly combined.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt to create a flavorful dry mixture.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until everything is just combined. This step is crucial for achieving the perfect brownie texture.

Stir in 1 cup of chocolate chips to add a decadent touch to the brownie batter.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly to ensure a uniform bake. Then, sprinkle 1 cup of chocolate chips and 1 cup of chopped pecans over the top for an extra layer of flavor and crunch.

Pop the pan into a preheated 350-degree oven and bake for about 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.

Allow the brownies to cool before cutting them into squares and serving. The anticipation of biting into a fudgy, chocolatey brownie will make the wait worthwhile.

Wishing everyone a joyous and delicious holiday season filled with sweet treats and happy memories!
