Delicious Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe

I am thrilled to present to you the delectable dish known as spaghetti bolognese! This classic Italian pasta dish features a rich and savory meat sauce that is simmered to perfection. The combination of tender pasta and flavorful sauce creates a truly mouth watering experience. Get ready to indulge in a culinary delight that will leave you craving more!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of ground beef

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 can (14 oz) of crushed tomatoes

  • 1 can (6 oz) of tomato paste

  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano

  • 1 teaspoon of dried basil

  • Seasoning salt and freshly black pepper to taste

  • 1 pound of spaghetti noodles

  • Grated Parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions:

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.


Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.


Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil, seasoning salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.


While the sauce is simmering, cook the spaghetti noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.


Serve the spaghetti topped with the bolognese sauce and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
