Double Stuffed Canadian Bacon and Triple Cheese Omelet

Experience the deliciousness of the Double Stuffed Canadian Bacon and Triple Cheese Omelet by giving it a try!

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup of milk

  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup of shredded Swiss cheese

  • 6 slices of Canadian bacon

  • Seasoning salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • 1 tablespoon of butter

Instructions:

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together with the milk. Add a pinch of seasoning salt and freshly ground black pepper to the mixture. Shred the cheddar, mozzarella, and Swiss cheese. Slice the Canadian bacon into small pieces.


Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Once the butter has melted, pour in the egg mixture. Let it cook for a few minutes until the edges start to set.


Sprinkle the shredded cheeses over one half of the omelet. Add the Canadian bacon on top of the cheese. Fold the other half of the omelet over the fillings.


Cook the omelet for another minute or two until the cheese is melted and the eggs are cooked through. Slide the omelet onto a plate and serve hot.
