Bruschetta with Swiss Cheese and Canadian Bacon
Indulge in a delicious dish of bruschetta topped with savory Swiss cheese and flavorful Canadian bacon. This appetizer is perfect for serving a crowd of 10, making it an ideal choice for your next gathering.
Ingredients:
1 loaf of French bread, sliced into 10 thick slices, or use Texas toast
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
10 slices of Swiss cheese
10 slices or more of Canadian bacon. I added three slices on top of mine to make the bruschetta more filling.
Instructions:
Place the sliced French bread on a baking sheet. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil and minced garlic. Brush the garlic oil mixture onto each slice of bread.
Top each slice with Canadian bacon and a slice of Swiss cheese.
Bake the bruschetta in a 400-degree oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the bruschetta from the oven. Serve hot and enjoy!
