Let's Make a Delicious Open-faced Baked Breakfast Melt!

Ingredients:

  • 1 large roll or 2 slices of bread

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 slices of ham or bacon, chopped

  • 1/4 cup of cubed cheese

  • Butter

  • Seasoning salt and pepper

Instructions:

In a bowl, crack and scramble the raw eggs just as you'd do to make an omelet. Set aside.


Spread some butter on both slices of the bun or bread and place it on a small baking pan.


Pour the eggs over the top of the bun or bread slices.


Sprinkle the chopped ham or bacon on top of the bread.


Sprinkle some seasoning salt and pepper on top.


Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 8 to 10 minutes in a 375-degree oven.


Add the cheese and finish baking your breakfast melts until the eggs are cooked to your preference and the cheese is fully melted.
