Cooking Exceptionally With Gin Lee: A Sneak Peak of What's to Come
Since the start of 2026, we have been consistently implementing a weekly food theme. For instance, this past week, each day was inspired by Italian cuisine. In previous weeks, we have focused exclusively on themes such as cookies, bread, and Southern cuisine. In April, we will dedicate the entire month to exploring a variety of recipes featuring beans.
Following that, May will primarily concentrate on diverse chicken recipes.
The current schedule includes reposting some classic recipes over the next two months, alongside the introduction of new content at various times throughout the day. Typically, new content is published at 6:30 a.m. and again between 11:00 and 11:30 a.m., with occasional posts later in the evening.
In the first week of April, we will explore culinary history by revisiting the World Wars and the Great Depression era, creating recipes inspired by that time. Given the high prices in 2026, we hope our segment "From Rationing to Creativity" will provide valuable inspiration.
In May or June, we plan to dedicate a week to outdoor smoking and grilling. Gin Lee has already contributed useful grilling infographics to our site. These infographics are available for download or printing, allowing you to keep them handy for reference.
Currently, everything is scheduled through the second week of July. Beyond that, our direction is not yet finalized. However, we are considering returning to a diverse daily schedule rather than dedicating entire weeks or months to a single food theme.
