Delicious Open-faced Breakfast Melt Rangetop Method

Hey breakfast lovers! I've got another tasty open-faced breakfast melt recipe for you. This one is super easy to make using just one skillet on the stovetop.

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of bread

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 slices of crispy bacon, chopped

  • 2 slices of your favorite cheese

  • Butter

  • Seasoning salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:

First, fry up that bacon until it's nice and crispy, then chop it into small pieces. Cook it for 8 to 12 minutes, or until it's just how you like it. Set it aside.

In the same skillet, scramble up those eggs for about 5 minutes, or until they're cooked to your liking. Set them aside.

Spread some butter on both sides of the bread and pop them into the skillet you used for the bacon and eggs. Add more butter if needed.

Sprinkle the bacon on top of the bread, then add the scrambled eggs and cheese. Season with some seasoning salt and freshly ground black pepper. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted on the bottom.

Serve it up on a plate and dig in! Enjoy your delicious breakfast melt!
