Ingredients:
10 to 12 chicken legs
1 tablespoon of ground chili pepper
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
1 to 2 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons of onion powder
1/2 teaspoon of seasoning salt
1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
Thoroughly wash the chicken legs under cold running water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of ground chili pepper, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning salt, and 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are incorporated.
Place the chicken legs in a large baking dish, ensuring they are evenly spaced and not overcrowded.
