Instructions for Creating the Raging Cajun Dip
Make the Cajun seasoning in advance (if using).
Prep the veggies, then add a splash of olive oil or canola oil in a skillet, saute the Belle peppers, garlic, and onions until they're cooked tender. Allowing them to completely cool in the skillet afterwards.
In a large bowl, add the cream cheese and sour cream together. Use a fork or a mixer to cream the two together. Then add about a tablespoon of Cajun seasoning, stir well.
Next, add the sauteed Belle peppers, garlic, and onions. Stir well.
Place the dip in the refrigerator to chill. Before serving the dip, add a sprinkle of Cajun seasoning, chopped green onions, fresh diced or sliced peppers on top as garnishment.
Serve your Raging Cajun dip with homemade tortilla chips (or store bought) and fresh veggies for dipping. Enjoy!
